Get ready for the sensation of biting into a piece of fresh strawberry cheesecake - without all the work!

 

Strawberry cheesecake ranks #1 on my list of dessert favorites, so this little treat was a wonderful surprise for me! With strawberry season coming up soon, I wanted to pass this great recipe on to you. You'll want to share it at all of your upcoming dinners and picnics, because it's so easy to make.

6-8 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoon confection sugar
Strawberries (approx. 12)

Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature, then whip until fluffy. Mix in vanilla & sugar.

Clean strawberries & shave a slice off of the bottom so they can stand up. Take off tops & scoop out a space to fill with cheese mixture. Add mixture to a pastry bag (or a ziplock baggy, then cut one of the bottom corners off) and fill with mixture. Fill up each strawberry till overflowing! Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint, or a slice of almond.
